Hannah Montana Tickets- Her Other Identity!

The Disney Channel superstar is set to take her show on the road, so make sure that you have a pair of Hannah Montana tickets when she comes to your town. The tour is of course based on the television program of the same name which features Miley Cyrus as the character of Hannah who lives somewhat of a double life: being an average teenage girl at school during the daytime and a world famous pop singer, known as Hannah Montana at night. The major twist of the show is our heroine struggles throughout the program to conceal her real identity from the public, other than her close friends and family. She is then a superhero country music singer, if only she had some magic powers. Nonetheless the show is extremely popular with young audiences across the country.

Miley Cyrus is the daughter of famous country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus, who plays Hannah’s dad in the show. Cyrus not only is famous for playing a renowned pop singer on her fictional show, she also just happens to be one in real life: how convenient. Her interest in acting however stems from when she was just a little girl. Disney Channel Executive Vice President Gary Marsh has noted that Cyrus was chosen for the role of Hannah Montana because “of her energetic and lively performance, she is seen as a person who loves every minute of life.”

Initially Cyrus spent several years trying to rid herself of her Southern accent, something she felt didn’t mesh well into the acting lifestyles of Hollywood, ironically Disney pressured her into reviving her Southern twang and thus we have the character of Hannah Montana. Billy Ray Cyrus auditioned for the role of Hannah’s father and luckily he landed the part and apparently has continued to perform well because his daughter has yet to fire him. There could be a good reason because Hannah Montana tickets seem to be as popular as ever!

In June 2007, Cyrus released a double album, “Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus,” which featured the first disc as the second Hannah Montana soundtrack and the second disc was Cyrus’ debut album as herself. Perhaps ironically the character she plays has two alter egos, as does Cyrus who performs her concerts under the guise of Hannah.
